We stand behind VESSA Pulse. If Pulse is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your eligible order to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tryvessawellness.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us you would like to use the VESSA 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. No return shipment is required.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Multi-bottle orders

The guarantee applies to all orders for 30 days from the delivery date.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us promptly at hello@tryvessawellness.com with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
